Bike Chicago- Google Online Marketing Challenge

  • International competition through google between over 3,000 student groups across the globe. Create a PPC campaign from scratch for a local business not using adwords.
  • Optimize as much as you can with a $200 budget in no more than 3 weeks.
  • Results: campaign ended with a 27.82% conversion rate, 77 conversions generated and a 5.9% CTR. These coupon downloads translate to a potential $2,310 in revenue (assuming an average sale of $30), and a 1055% return on investment.

Goal: In response to Obama’s stimulus bill for science research grants, we launched a landing page with program info, how to receive the grants, and call to action promotions to maximize value.

  • Optomized landing page through improved call to actions, tested different promotion details, page layout and content

Goal: In order to publicize SANYO’s partnership with BD Biosciences, a life science consumables company, we created a lead generation PPC landing page to showcase new value-added packages offered to increase purchases.

  • Redesigned from a multi-page tabbed microsite to a simplified landing page to increase lead conversions.

  • Added tracking codes to inquery forms to track conversions to sales for different entry sources

  • Multi-channel marketing through e-blasts, SEO enhanced PR, whitepaper development, emarketing, application notes, and social media networking.
